Before you fill in the fields ask yourself this question. Are you convinced that your title is not available?

If you want to find out the availability of any title, check with your refernce librarian for a copy of any of the following three directories: Gale's "The Video Source Book"; "Bowker's Complete Video Directory"; "Video Hound's Golden Movie Retriever". These directories not only list the titles, they also tell you who the distributor is. You can then call the distributor to find out the availibity.
